Each recipe run is charged as 1 action and a record update, status change, and product/service/terms integration would cost 1 action each. Let’s say you have 2 active recipes and run 50 invoices a month, the estimated monthly actions are 100.

Installation

  • 1. Install the QuickBooks Invoicing app from monday.com apps marketplace.
  • 2. Once the app is installed, there are two available options to move forward with
      • A. Start with a template

        • If selected, the app will be installed in the selected workspace having
          ‘QuickBooks Invoicing’ folder automatically created. Folder contains the following

          1. ‘QuickBooks Onboarding’ board having all onboarding and support info collected in one centralized place.
          2. ‘QB Suite CRM Sales Pipeline’ board containing all required columns and corresponding integration recipes pre-configured and ready for use.
          3. ‘Customers’ board containing all required columns and corresponding integration recipes pre-configured and ready for use.
          4. ‘QB Suite CRM Dashboard’ having a list of widgets already pre-configured and ready for use.
          5. Note: ‘QB Suite CRM Sales Pipeline’ and ‘Customers’ boards also will have ‘QuickBooks Invoicing’ board view with the Sign Out option automatically installed on the board.

    B. Start with your own workspace

      • If selected, the app will be installed in the selected workspace on the specified board giving a user the ability to fully configure the integration flow in accordance to their business processes and needs. ‘QuickBooks Invoicing’ board view will be automatically installed on the appropriate board having onboarding info and the Sign Out option presented for users.
